At Nova Finds, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or damaged after delivery. All sales on opened or damaged items are final.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
